The GEA FlexLoader is an automatic loading system consisting of two retract belts. It is a highly flexible and space saving system, ideal for loading thermoformer or traysealer. The GEA FlexLoader can be used for all kinds of sliced portions, pieces as well as fresh formed or frozen burgers and patties. Even overlapping or stacking of single portions to a complete portion is easily possible
The GEA FlexLoader is a user friendly and space saving loading system, ideal for loading thermoformer or traysealer. With the GEA FlexLoader, a fully automatic loading of thermoformer machines with sliced portions or pieces is possible. Overlapping or stacking single products to a complete portion is easily viable.
Also, a stand-alone GEA RetractLoader or a combination of two GEA RetractLoaders is available. In the event of changing a format configuration, the operator only needs to select another machine program. The intelligent distance measurement and belt-speed calculation in combination with servo drives guarantees high positioning accuracy.
